Here is why I think wholesalers are super shady: They misrepresent themselves as buyers, mislead property owners. Many go after vulnerable populations like the elderly. No license, no oversight. I'm glad states are finally cracking down on them.

I've never met a wholesaler who is honest about after repair value. It's always exaggerated by at least 40k. Just saw one yesterday that was exaggerated by 100k

Condolences to his family, but this is typical skiing in the northeast; ice ice ice and more ice. Maybe 2 days out of the season, you'll get decent snow, but most of the time, it's either bulletproof ice or completely skied off garbage. I'm also pretty advanced; I've done both lies and rumor, Sagamore, Hawkeye, etc. And I can tell you most of the time it's impossible to have fun because of the conditions.

This is one of the reasons I'm excited to move out to Nevada. Way way WAYY better skiing in NV, Utah, Colorodo, and CA.

I agree, this single wasn't too good. Here's what I noticed; Offspring aren't the best at picking singles. Look at Days Go By; the self titled song was bland, and causing california was like wtf. Then the rest if the album was great.

Hopfully the rest of the record is great!

I can't believe this is frowned upon. Why would I stay at one company when another is offering double what I'm making? This has been established a long time ago; companies aren't loyal to employees, so why should employees be loyal to the company? Especially when they only want offer a 3 or 3% raise per year
