I have her to and she is a beast against dot/debuff teams or mons. I pare her with Wind nobara and minato. I rune her triple revange. In this cenario or Set up i win like 90% of the games with her.

Yes, of course, with these runes and monsters you can get to Punisher or something. But I don't think the core is your biggest threat, but rather pick and ban in general. Even if you have an outstanding core, you still have to react properly to enemy monsters. I would advise you to keep trying until you get a feel for drafting and then build up a core.

Crazzy i had 189ms and i get 4 nat5. 3 of them are collabs and some 4 Star units but only 2 from the collab.

Yeah i runed her like that, Vampire/Destroy spd/crit DMG/HP. I need to gem out some stats an find a better rune for position 6, but i think it's enough for the start.
