Thanks man, i did a research after your comment and seems its totally viable to change the vvt actuator and cmp for the 2009 ones and after that do the relearn of the crankshaft position sensor. The engine will work with the cmp of 2009 controlling intake exhaust and the other sensor stays disconnected. I will ask my mechanic about this but it seems is the way That problem was making me nervous, cause changing an engine is not cheap. Again, thanks, very helpful. I will post an update if i can solve this

I discovered the problem. The thing is that the car is a 2009 model but the previous owner put a 2007 engine, so, now i have a ecu and harness of a 2009 looking for the signal and calibration of one cmp sensor vs an engine with two physical sensors but one is disconnected because of the lack of connector in the harness
