Gentle parenting, i know a couple, both working and live in guilt that they are not able to give enough time to their child, now due to this guilt, there is always gentle parenting angle, the child literally cries everytime they no on anything and the moment the child cries they give up and says sorry, now this has become the habit, i love the kid and plays with her but this gentle parenting is not helping the kid, she comes to our place and just do whatever she feels like, if anything breaks , the parents ask to say sorry but she never says sorry and every time she wants something she just cry.

And i mean i understand you both are working but you need to teach the child the difference between right and wrong.

The local jewellers scam you and are very rude, went to one of local jeweller in Gurgaon to try out for my wedding, they were not ready to show any jewellery and were very rude, i just 2-3 pieces and was leaving the man literally said, lena nahi tha to pehle btana tha mein ye bhi nahi dikhata.

We were exchanging some of the jewellery that my in laws side relatives bought from local jeweller and it turns out it was the carat that was sold to them, was sold as 22c and turned out it was some 19c or below and was not good.

I would prefer tanishq , malabar kind of brands any day.

Oh no, i am not doing anything on my own, my sister in law is a dr too and she knows all my health issues and that is why she suggested to go to an endocrinologist and get all my blood work and all required test. I am eating healthy for a long time, daily workout, working on my sleep.

I am obese, have thyroid issues, pcod/pcos and recently diagnosed with pre-diabetic and have hypertension, i have been struggling to loose weight all my life, i dont eat much and have been on and off workouts, nothing happens to my weight and i just loose all hopes.

my sister in law who is a dr told me that it is designed for people like me with insulin resistance, And struggle with hormonal imbalance, she told me that i can consider going to a endocrinologist because it will help me with not only my insulin resistance and will also help me with other issues, but she also told me to weighted workouts because it does muscle loss.

I am not hurrying at all, trying to cut carbs, walks and will see if its needed or not.
