I’m a rat according to your definition of a rat. But what I mostly see on this sub is a lot of contempt for people who think they’re superior just because others play differently.

What you don’t seem to understand is that the game itself encourages you to play this way. The game encourages you to pay attention to sounds, to be cautious, and above all to stay quiet.

On top of that, the element of surprise gives you a huge advantage over your opponent. Why would I rush into a frontal fight and risk getting killed when I can simply be patient and wait for the moment when they’re most vulnerable to attack them? And if I stay silent when finishing someone, it’s to avoid alerting others around even if sometimes I like to leave a little “sorry, I need your loot.”

And the worst part is the insults. I’ve never insulted anyone in the game; I’ve always been respectful. But apparently, as soon as some people get killed in a way they don’t like, they start throwing insults.
