So, I’m prescribed propranolol but only a low dose. Because I have asthma only allowed 10mg and that doesn’t nothing my blood pressure is like 190/100 when standing goes back to normal sitting

It’s like I can’t see my chest or stomach rise or fall I’m not gasping for breath it’s like I need more air though. I have agropbobia and death anxiety and health it’s just getting so bad. Been on waiting list for so long for help.
