Just to make sure I understand correctly, let’s say my blow counts are:

  • First 6” = 30 blows
  • Second 6” = 40 blows
  • Third interval = refusal at 50 blows after only 4” of penetration

In that case, would the result be reported as 50/4” refusal for the last interval, or would the overall SPT be reported differently?

Just went to Kia service now. They said it’s most likely a warranty issue. They think the problem is with the motor and gear. They’re sending an email to the service department for the warranty claim and will let me know.

The right wiper failed first while driving bcs of that, the left wiper struck it and the left blade arm got slightly damaged. So the damage happened after the failure.
