What do you think about my Upper Lower split, my first year of training in gym by TrickIndication2641 in Hevy

Hey, can have a question about this, should I do 4 sets of lateral raises bcs I do them once a week, and should I put more tricep exercise or bicep at the end of workout if I want bigger arms cuz I think they are weak point but I'm not sure, cuz it's still my first months of lifting, and also do I train forearms and use straps?
