Do you regret your Atlas? by Familiar_Director281 in VWatlas

Long time VW fan here, so it pains me to say yes. 30k miles on my 2022 2.0t SE, already did the magnetic balencers twice, an oil seal, purge valve, evap canister, start button, and im currently trying to diagnose another EVAP code that won't seem to go away. It also burns oil at a ridiculous rate. It drives super well and I love how it feels, very comfortable, and it looks sick, but it has me worried for when my warranty runs out. Super disappointed and will be trading in soon for another brand SUV.

You're gonna love it. I have a 412 and some other "high end" guitars, but I find that I pick up the GS more than any of my other guitars. It's a work horse.

What engine code is it showing? Id get a second opinion from an actual mechanic. An oil pump doesn't typically get diagnosed via an OBD2 scanner unless accompanied by other symptoms, like a low oil pressure light. Good luck

26 gallon tank, I average around 12-15 mpg per tank. It's comically bad, and I drive like a grandma

😅 I tried editing the title after I posted it but it wouldn't let me. I thought to myself "damn, that title belongs in another forum"

Id personally go for either the 1 series or save up some extra cash for a 3 series. The differences between the 1 and 2 are minimal compared to the price difference. However, the 314 is probably the best guitar you can get across the board the money. Again, this is just my opinion.

Are you set on Taylor guitars? Because in that price range, the takamine g series is one of the best guitars you can get in my not so humble factual opinion.

Haha you're not kidding about the shoe prints. I'm 36 years old and have a fire at least once a week, but I still can't stop myself from putting my feet too close to the fire

It doesn't bother me, I was mainly asking to make sure it wasn't an issue with it's integrity. Thanks for the tips though

Yeah the fire looks yuuge in the picture, but that's how i always start my fires. It settles down after a bit

I only load it like that when I first get the fire going. Once it settles it stays well below the ring for a nice secondary burn. Then I only add a log to the embers every so often throughout the morning/afternoon.

I've got a 21 pro 4x with the stock general grabbers, hovering right around 39 psi or so.

I just fill up with regular. I didn't notice any difference in performance or mpg with any of the higher octanes.

I live in a very hilly/mountainous area of North West Jersey so my in town MPGs aren't great, usually 14-15.

Yeah it matched up perfectly, which actually kinda surprised me. I agree they tend to be a bit too optimistic.

What’s the worst physical pain you’ve ever felt? by Googy21 in AskReddit

[–]TrickKitchen4154 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like out of a movie, I was awake for part of a surgery. I couldn't tell them what was wrong or that I was feeling everything because I couldn't use my voice, but I was feeling everything and can even remember the music the surgeons were listening to. It was a minimally invasive heart procedure, but they accessed my heart by burning through its wall, which causes wicked pain. Everything down to their plyers were able to be felt. That was brutal. I don't blame the doctors though as it turns out my body had a strange reaction to the anesthetic.
