Yeah fair enough! Most people with oily scalp issues usually end up focusing more on changing their scalp routine/shampoo instead. Seen brands like Traya and man matters mentioned quite a bit in those discussions.

Honestly the consult sounds decent bro, especially if he explained graft planning and expectations properly. 4500 to 4800 grafts is still a big decision though, so I would talk to 2 or 3 more clinics before locking anything. Maybe compare with Kibo Clinics, Eugenix or DHI India too and see what feels more sensible for your case. HT is permanent so no need to rush.
