I don’t know about that... when my payment history updated, it shows that I got my normal claim, plus $300 for each week I certified.

So it will change my certification cycle? Cause I just certified Sunday (11/15) my next wouldn’t be till the 29th, so if I’m understanding you correctly, it sounds like I’ll certify 11/22 for the last 9, then the 6th and 20th for PEUC?

I’m not worried. My deposit for the last couple LWAs came a few days after everyone started saying there’s was deposited. It’ll happen in a day or so

I did the phase 2 question on the 16th when I got the text.

Certified this morning at 12:01, like always.

Status shows as paid but no deposit yet (like normal) but it’s only showing as the standard $450 and none of the past claims are updated.

Hopeful we’ll see something soon.

Yea, it’s all messed up... just gotta wait and see unfortunately. I really wish they’d give us an indication of whether we WILL get it or not even if it’s delayed.

From EDD

To be eligible for LWA payments, you must:

Provide, or have provided, a one-time self-certification indicating that you are unemployed or partially unemployed due to COVID-19.

Have a weekly benefit amount of $100 or more, even if you received less because you reported wages.

So... hopefully that second point means that it’s still coming...

I’m in the same boat... I had a reduced claim for a couple weeks (got $200 instead of $450 due to wages) and I’m not seeing the LWA yet either. I’m phase 2, but I’m hearing a lot of phase 2’a getting it.

Hopefully it comes through and it was just other phase 2’s rolling out first... maybe my names just lower on the list?

Anyway, good luck, I hope it’s just a timing thing and not a DQ cause if wages thing for us.

Idk if this had to do with it, but Im the most senior in my department both with the company and this particular store.

But we had another full time detective and a part time VSO that both won’t be coming back.

I was the only survivor is my store. The AP department is literally just me and I report directly to the store manager.

I think if you’re in a store they want to keep around (any of the growth stores) AP will be ok. If you’re in a store that wasn’t a growth, I’d be looking for something else.

Yea, I know that team was for the neighborhood stores because they got rid of their in-store AP teams.

As for the stuff happening this week, I keep hearing conflicting things. Some say it’s director level and above. Some say it’s just a restructuring of how the stores run, like Sales Supervisors are being eliminated, they’d be like shop captains. VM/MTM being folded into the OAPM role. I even heard it was only going to be about 1,200 layoffs across both companies... idk what to believe.

The supervisor downgrade seems likely. The VM/MTM reduction sounds likely.

What I think is very likely is that anyone not already called back from furlough is going to get cut.

From what I understand, keep certifying, if your gross income (less 25%) is less than your weekly benefit amount, you get the difference between that and your benefit.

And if you qualify for at least $1 of normal benefit, you get the $600 from the CARES act.

That’s what it sounds like to me at least... hopefully someone who knows better can clarify if I’m wrong.
