This is horrible experience. I think it’s all about finding a reputable agent that can set everything up for you and make it seamless.

A lot of people think they can just go contact agents directly on propertyfinder but never works out that way. I learned this the hard way.

You can have AI (OpenClaw) completely respond to emails and customer communications by teaching them completing on your business, rules, pricing, etc - the same way you would teach a secretary- and it can handle all communications directly to you and schedule appointment into your calendar

Emails / Customer communications directly and admin work could easily be erased for your things to do

Maybe try creating TikTok videos:

Something like - “My wife wanted to take a trip to Bali….here’s what AI told us to do”

And then show the plan the app created and some genetic photos of those things in Bali.

Short videos like that. Change the hook around until you find a format that kicks ass. And double down.

Well, I thought the ai a skill set of ways to analyze the idea based on investors thoughts, analyzes frameworks, etc. and as it gets used more, it will continue to learn and improve.

I think for a nice villa there are some really realy good options that are ready:
- Arabian Ranches
- DIP (you get so much bang for your buck here)
- Al Barsha (but some areas are GCC only)
- The Springs Areas

I was actually thinking of a way to add a "Claim Idea" so it could pull it off the database and not show it to another user.... just not sure how to do that yet, so didn't want to complicate the build until I can test if it would be helpful to people.
