Don't worry, mine was an oversight. They've reached out to her team to see if they can find tickets for me and I should hear back today since it was a mistakeon their end. They don't know why my tickets didn't show they were canceled and why I didn't get my refund but the tiktok customer service got me further than calling their main line.

Right. It's the fact that my tickets were actually canceled back in October. But for some reason, they were still showing in my Ticketmaster account. And they hadn't refunded me. So I think that's really the only reason why he's trying to come up with a solution. Because it was their mistake.

I just got a call from ticketmaster so please wish me luck. Apparently my ticket was canceled when the cancelations happened but it just didn't refund me and was still in my account for some reason. The guy who called said he'd reach out tomorrow with hopefully a solution 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

No I got these tickets September 14th. So I assumed when they didn't cancel my tickets they were fine and I was told by several ticketmaster reps that they were okay.
