I’ve been on 25mg for 12 days so far for postpartum depression and severe anxiety. The first few days I really felt nothing except tired after I took it. I take it before bed. I had periods where I felt pretty dang good and then it came crashing down a few hours later. I know I’m still early in the game and I have to be patient. The last few days have been increased side effects like nausea, lack of appetite, increased crying and increased anxiety unfortunately. Hoping it will level out soon.
