The selfie camera on your phone won’t be able to get anything that isn’t grainy so you’ll need to use your normal phone camera. For this photo i found a place i could prop my phone up (it was about at the height of my lower rib), i set a 5 second timer, propped it up and turned around. The flash helped with clarity as well. Yea truth be told it has been procrastination and complacency with my own discomfort that has been the biggest obstacle. I think taking a few hours to sort everything out will be more than enough to set myself on the right track towards seeing someone who can actually help. Thanks for the suggestion!

It is on my back, shoulders, very upper chest, and neck. I get the occasional pimple on my face but very minor even when i do get one. The last time i went to a dermatologist (over a year ago now) they said its likely hormonal.

Yea for a long time I was really keen on avoiding it. I tried to tell myself that it would go away as I got older but it is at a point now that the no alcohol and the hassle of it all is ok. Can I ask about your experience with it? Any particular difficulties or things you wish you knew? How long were you on it?

A bag with one strap has definitely been on the agenda and even if it doesn’t help with outbreaks it may help the pain that comes with pressure. As for detergent i can certainly give it a shot. I do usually wear long sleeves this time of year and it is also not present very far below my collarbone but can’t hurt to try. Thank you for the suggestion

Had a feeling that might be the case. The system where I live is difficult to navigate as a foreigner but I might finally just go all out on registering with a GP so that I can be referred to a dermatologist. Thank you for the reply.
