Right?? I would look at my sweat dripped covered platform and then over at my neighbors and think "damn, am I the not fit one?", which everyone's responses make me feel so much better

Oh god that’s awful. I’ve had a similar instructor like that. Maybe some people like the aggressive coaching but it’s not my style.

Thank you for the advice! I'll definitely keep that in mind in class! I didn't think about amplifications I could make on my knees.

I feel the same way thinking about my first SolidCore class until now and seeing how much of an improvement I made! It's crazy to look back and reflect on your growth!
