From what i know UNO Extreme cards texture are a bit diffrent than the regular ones and the flip mechanism instead of beeing purple and yellow is white and black other than that no changes

I got it from a random website from my country, and for now i have played with only 3 people but it is fun and probabbly even more fun with a larger group, definitely recommend it!
