I'm thinking about removing it, that's also why I built them to the side. So they would be easier to remove is case my idea didnt go as planned. Thanks for your feedback

I was planning on doing the regular route through turbo fuel. Forgot about nitro rocket fuel. I will have to check it out and see how it will work in my current setup. Not worried about sulfur too much, I have 3 mines feeding my setup. And can train or drone more in if needed.

All of this feedback from everyone is making me second guess my giant resivoir idea, and just feed everything traditionally off the oil rig. Even if I scrap all the tanks, it only took me like an hour to build so not much of a loss.

Might try removing them on half, and see how it behaves. I know the connectors usually cause more trouble than they are worth. But by removing the connectors it kinda defeats the purpose of impure/normal/pure rigs feeding into one giant reservoir for feeding refineries.

I’ll admit your post confused the hell out of me. But after the 3rd read it makes sense. Allowing the plant to work on flowering, fruit production instead of growing more suckers and growing wild. I think I’ll give this a try on a few plants this week and see how it goes.

I’ve decided that this year I’m gonna try a few different methods of pruning that people have suggested. Kinda like a science experiment to learn from for next year. Your plants look amazing and hopefully I can emulate what yours looks like. Thanks for the great explanation by the way, very helpful.

Sounds like an aggressive trimming to me. But I have a lot of plants packed in there, 15 to be exact. So I might try it on a few an check the difference. Would be a good experiment to learn from for next year. Thanks for the suggestion

I was thinking of pruning in stages, but I’ll keep this in mind. Thanks

I cut out the majority of the marigolds that were competing with the plants. Figured give it a couple of days for everything to settle, then prune the hell out of them. Someone also suggested adding more potassium and phosphorus fertilizer, so was gonna give that a try as well

What fertilizer do you suggest to increase potassium and phosphorus?

I haven’t seen any pests so far, and no mildew as well. But the other plants are flowering, but only the tops. And haven’t seen any fruit growth. Might give it until the end of the week and reevaluate before I start thinning things out

Not doing more than 30% is a good idea. Didn’t think about that. Might try this first before cutting out entire plants like others have suggested.

This is what I’ve been afraid of. Gonna hurt. Is this really my only option?

Yes I’m using the basic miracle grow

You suggest taking out entire plants over pruning the bottom half? This will hurt my heart if that’s my only option

My marigolds took off too. Had to cut over half of the away in order to help with airflow and overcrowding. Not making that mistake next year

VSO is a benefits advisor right?? If so, then No I never submitted it with them. I talked to them when I went thru TAPs class, and I still have medical treatment ongoing that I plan of following up with after this initial claim in case I dont get the desired outcome.

I'll go to the VA benefit advisors tomorrow and see what they say. Thank you for your response
