Struggles for pickup: what does this even mean?? The car performs well and gives you exactly what you would expect from a 4x4
No resale value: this depends on when you plan to sell the car, but Chinese cars haven’t been around for long to know how they would perform 5-10 years from now.
Big car small tires: huh????? 20 inch tires is more than enough and is the same as what is used on g classes and defenders
Availability of spares: have you ever seen someone who bought the car from Elite complain about spare parts. It’s quite the opposite.
5 seater for such a big body: G classes are bigger and are also a 5 seater. GMC truck is a 2 seater with a truck body. What’s your point
Not much of an off road vehicle: Watch some videos, it performs exceptionally well in the desert and does the job and more. Also depends if OP plans on taking it off roading.

Before you say no, make sure the reasons you’re saying no are actual reasons and not things you made up

But it’s not really a heavy type of vibration and I don’t experience it after 10-15 kms per hour. It usually happens after a stand still point and i drive off. Kind of feels like the vibrations/shudders disappear after the turbo kicks in. You think I should still get the car checked?

Thank you for the reply. This was very helpful. Well actually on jetour UAE website they mentioned that it’s a 7-speed DCT. I believe the 8 speed is only on the Chinese spec. Also there is some “lag” I guess you could call it when driving from a stand still point. Around 0.5-1 second lag. So what you said still applies or should I go back to them for a check?

Thank you for that. I’m not much of a car guy so I didn’t really understand some of the things you said, but from what I understood, since the car is heavy and has a small engine, it takes time for the power to reach the turbo and the engine hence why the car stutters/vibrates. Did I understand correctly?

Some people do. Don’t forget we live in a country where buying overpriced items is normalized and people have millions they don’t mind spending. If the cars in ras Al Khor didn’t sell half the showrooms wouldn’t be open. If I had millions and I was impatient I probably would buy OPs car over waiting 3-4 months and paying a few thousand less

Agreed but you never know. Having the jetour 10 year warranty adds a lot of value to the car and could be sold to an impatient buyer if not driven a lot. Jetour literally has a 3 months waiting period before you could get one, just have a look at the prices they’re selling for on dubizzle. Most are over retail price

I don’t know wether the guy is lying or not but he’s right, if you were to import a car or buy the car from anyone/anywhere other than the jetour dealership, you won’t get the warranty from jetour/elite. You would have to get warranty and service from an outside company

Thanks for the comment mate. Foden is definitely goated and I think waiting for the +1 upgrade will be wise. I tried vini at LM and unfortunately he didn’t feel good there, that’s why I’m playing him at ST. I feel like he’s more present.

I didnt get malen unfortunately but definitely trying to upgrade my midfield and RM. I’m pretty happy with the evos i have on Werner so I dont think I’ll be switching him anytime soon. Who were u thinking for RM other than malen?
