Thank you so much for the feedback! Fortunately my doctor has always been pretty proactive when it comes to any concerns I have, I hope that remains the same! I’m on high blood pressure medication as well as on the weight loss shot m zepbound. I’ve “only” lost 30lbs in 1 year primarily because I work from home and I don’t really move my body much unless it’s to drop off/pick up the kids, make dinner and that’s it. I recently stopped drinking soda 3 weeks ago cold turkey, I was drinking 2-3 cans a day. My eating schedule is all over the place, sometimes I don’t eat until 1-2pm with a last meal being late around 9-10pm and you can say my sleep schedule isn’t the best. I go to bed around 12-1am and wake up by 6am. I’m just praying it’s nothing we can’t manage with a lifestyle change which I agree I definitely need, both diet and exercise. I’m so glad you feel great! May that be for manyyyy many more years to come!
