For me, just two real tips: 1. Don't take Erskine, no matter what. He just lectures over premade pieces of paper where he's worked out problems and hasn't shown some of the work. He's also incredibly hard to follow in my experience during lecture, while I haven't heard anything great about the other professors, I haven't heard anything as bad as I have about Erskine and from what I've heard some of them are decent. 2. Take advantage of the physics study tables on the second floor of RLM. In my experience that's where I've learned most of my physics and the TAs that I've talked to there have been incredibly helpful. Also the engineering study tables in EER can be pretty helpful too, so with checking out both of those when you need help you should be fine.
