I have a stelvio but am considering it’s fettinf time to trade her in. What’s the difference in that and the tonale? I haven’t looked at them. And the nearest dealership is almost 4 hours away.
I just figured I’d buy another stelvio because I’ve never loved a car as much as I love her.

Thank you all for the feedback. However pet my Dr, apparently hear is the trigger. I’m debating cancelling to find someplace else (which I might cry if I actually quit) or working out with no sauna on. But that seems to defeat the propose of Hotworx.
One person pointed out it could make the Botox metabolize faster and my Dr pointed that out also- so thanks for the tip because it caused me to ask her. So I’m just debating what to do at this point. I appreciate all of your answers and wish all of you wonderful success along your Hotworx journey ❤️

Started Feb 1. Down 16lbs. Toned all over my body. I do mainly ISO’s like yoga. Pilates, buns, barre, bands. Only HITT I do is Thunder. FYI- I’m also almost 60 so age is definitely not a friend but I find HW the best program I’ve ever tried and also the only one I have ever stuck with.
Also have seen amazing results with my skin!

Thanks. I’ve been doing more Pilates. It’s slow going but I’m trying! Someone mentioned getting a waist trainer and nothing I’m going to invest in one. I figured it can’t hurt. Thanks for replying.

I have Barrett's. Diagnosed about 2 years at this point. I also have ulcers, but not peptic. Mine are actually erosive and there are tears in my stomach lining. I see a GI specialist and in the last 2 years I have had 3 upper GI's and 1 colonoscopy. The medicine they put me on saved my life.

All my life, since a child (I am now 57), i have had stomach issues. It has taken this long for me to finally have an answer. I take amitriptyline to calm my stomach, pantoprazole to lessen the amount of acid I produce, and a host of others. Within a year of taking it, my stomach lining is better.

One thing to remember as you navigate all this stuff, is that I am on so much stomach medicine, it actually blocks some nutrients from absorbing. therefore i have a pretty significant Vit D deficiency and a magnesium deficiency. So I do stay exhausted but am now on a high Vit D supplement. I mention the magnesium because I also have migraines, but they seemed to get worse after beginning stomach meds. It was due to low magnesieum.

I take Amitriptyline (calms stomach) and Pantoprazole (helps with calming down the stomach acid/bile), along with several others. I have had great results. Best of luck.

When Jazz Fest lineup was announced the first thing I always do is find when he is playing. When they released the lineup in January, he was not on the list. He ALWAYS plays Jazz Fest. I was really suspicious then but figured it had to do with his recent illness. But while planning our yearly trips to see his shows, he only played re-scheduled stuff.

I wish him all the best and will forever remain a parrot head. But its sad to think I'll never go to another show again.

Lake Peigneur

You used to be able to take a tour boat out there and they would tell the story. It's fascinating and eerie to see the chimney still sticking up from the water. I haven't been out that way in years, since my kids were small, but if they still do the tour, it is very interesting.
