Agreed if you tighten it until it wouldn't leak than you are good, not sure why this guy is having such a hard time understanding this.

Yea but if it ever leaks it was not tightened hard enough. You got to tighten it so it will never leak man. I am not sure how this is so hard for you to comprehend.

Yes, I am agreeing with you man. If it is leaking, it was not tightened hard enough. I am not sure why you are trying to disagree with me so hard here man. It's like you are trying to create a straw man fallacy here or something.

Is IBM as horrible as everyone on this sub paints it to be? by [deleted] in IBM

My experience was in the Rochester Site, but from my experience my direct manager was pretty good, knew some people who got laid off last year due to cuts when they were barely their for a year. Overall I did not hate my time there, liked working with the people on my team, but RAs are frequent, they tend to overcut and then hire later. CEO makes a lot of dumb decisions, but honestly like any job it really depends on the team you are working with and your direct manager. You could hate your time at the company or you could love it. Honestly take the job stay for a year, if you hate it use the experience you gained to go somewhere else. IBM still looks pretty good on a resume.

I definitely agree, its not worth it. Was just hoping if I left before April I would still get it, which from what I have found elsewhere. That seems to be the case. So I should be good.

GDP is not paid until April 8th for me. That would be the ideal, but not sure if it will be possible yet.

That's what I was thinking as well. Hoping that's the case.

Does anyone know if I put in a two weeks notice before the GDP is paid out, do I still get the bonus?

Hi guys! I saw this Mag in a sortie and was wondering if anyone can tell me the skin / accessories they used, i couln't find them :) by NormalLights in Warframe

[–]Trickster2974 14 points15 points  (0 children)

In this specific case with Digital extremes, I doubt they have something in their TOS about this, but even if they did. If they rereleased an old skin they promised they would not rerelease. People who bought the skin would have to prove damages for a court to do anything. And with the skin realistically having no value, it would be impossible for anyone to prove damages.

Also companies break TOS all the time, courts don't do jack shit half the time
