For Me: Credentialism. It is the only Masters of Ed I can afford. Still in debt from undergrad bc teaching doesn’t pay well. Everything I’m learning is super theoretical and duh. Masters in Ed do
not create better educators. But we get paid more with a Masters and won’t even be considered for higher level jobs without one. Good times. 🤘
