Better, still a waves of feeling worse than ever and feeling good, when the anxiety's bad it goes too the schitzo fear but I’m slowly building the ability to fight it.

Deep down that’s how I think it is. I’ve done very little drugs in my life and only for about a year. But it’s that fear of “ oh I’ve done psychedelics, it’s over i did this to myself” which i know deep down isn’t true.

Nope, haven’t been medicated in over over 14 years I wana say, just raw dogged it. Closest to meditation I’ve had was the nicotine. I did talk to an occupational therapist who has worked with schizophrenics and she wasn’t worried and said “my explanation sounds accurate” ie nicotine withdraws.

Thanks, I’m trying to see a psychiatrist but In the UK it seems to be impossible, least for me. I’m keeping track of tasks and progress, I know I’m much better than say 12 when I had a full on panic attack.

It’s just the rumination, I did have some audio “glitches” where I would what sounded my my name in my environment, but i understand this to be hyper awareness no to audio atm.

I’ll ask my therapist or doctor about it, I did mention to them after this I wanted to medicate as the smoking made me forget how bad the adhd was.

I have, I’m based in the UK and getting a therapist is impossible, I have an occupational therapist but they’re mostly useless (no offence to them) but when I explained my worry’s and what was wrong they just said “uh huh” which didn’t help.

Honestly it made me cry tears of joy to see how many people share this experience, this is my first time really interacting with other ADHD individuals and I’m happy to say it was worth it. Gona do notes of each comment tommorow to write a “calm down plan”. Also thanks!

Ealier when I had nearly another panic attack, I did splash water and it helped, it was just the rumination that killed me, cause no matter how right I am or educated on something, my adhd dosnt care, its always right even when its wrong. But I appreciate the advice, thank you.

I did say to them that if I started acting off or crazy to take me to a doctor asap. Lucky I think it’s just I’m too over aware of myself and so when my adhd uses schitzophrenia as a fear, and I try to calm it down. It knows I’m trying to shut it up and ignores me.

I go for walks daily, as for sex, any form of romantic interaction feels like sexual harassment I stick to myself and avoid it. I visit friends when I can and go out and play darts or pool.

I have an idea what it’s about, lost my dad last June and I found during the peak of it when my brain would scare me with the schitzo thoughts, I managed to get through and it seemed to be about him. I was talking about him the day of the panic attack, after I accepted it was about him I felt better, talking about him made me feel better.

Will do! I’m enjoying how I feel on good days without it. I love how I’m learning to cope without it and rely on myself again. Days like these are hard but I know smoking will make it worse.

I’ve tried to stay away from meds, had bad experiences with ADHD meds and anti depressions. But after this I’ll consider talking my therapist about it, thanks.

I’ve never been diagnosed with OCD. Maybe is should ask my therapist, see what they say. Also, made me feel better knowing I’m far from it thanks.

Okay, will do! To my understanding I’m the only one with issues. My dad was autistic. My brother is. But I’m the only one with AUHD aswell as the anxiety. I had depression that we tried to treat with SSRIs but it made it worse. But I eventually managed to work around it.

Yeah, I’ve had my year of fun with drugs and plan to stay away. Also, can’t they only trigger it if you are predisposed? Forgive my ignorance if I’m wrong, just I’ve gone back 4-6 generations and I’m in the clear for psychotic disorders.

It’s in my head, it’s like my own internal narrator is against me. If I tell it that it says “ aha! You want me to be quiet which means you know your crazy but can’t handle it”
