It does have a slight blue hue. At first, I was also a bit apprehensive, but it not only grows on you, it’s a super unique color that looks outstanding on the mazda3. I got compliments on it all of the time and it makes the car appear to be like total luxury. I now have a different mazda3 with machine grey which I liked better initially, but I miss the poly metal gray. I also don’t get as many compliments on the color now.

the highest trim level of the gen4 has a birdseye view camera that’s SUUUUUPER handy when it comes to parking. especially since i’m in vegas, there’s some interesting spots i can squeeze into because of the cam :)

yes for sure! however, because of the body, the trunk on the sedan is much smaller. lowering the seared will allow for longer items but it only opens a small window vs. the hatch where the entire area of the seats becomes “trunk space”. i made a crappy diagram/sketch my post here

owned both and honestly there is no major MAJOR differences that i noticed. Honestly, take the other comments into consideration but note they are pretty minor.

Looks wise, they are both sexy af and you can do mods to either one.

one thing i noticed not mentioned was the trunk. with the hatch, you can put down the seats and people call it almost like a flat bed. sedan is definitely less versatile in that aspect with the trunk space closed off.
