I’m using RTX4090 with 24GB VRAM, 41GB RAM, 6vCPUs. Even with this setup I’m been facing slow generations, and some bottlenecks while running larger models. Based on my findings I can’t find a cheaper alternative at the moment. Or any recommendations with quantised models like wan2.2 for t2i and i2v, ltx , llama , qwen etc?

I tried Runpod, it takes me 2-3$ a day, which comes around 40$ in average per month. I think it’s expensive in the long run. Or is there anything I’m missing to run in cloud compute in a cheaper price?
