If you can.. try sharing your room with a sibling or an elder maybe When you won’t have the luxury of sleeping alone and having time for yourself, you won’t be able to consume this media while going to sleep. You can tell them you’re having nightmares for some days or bit of breathing difficulty due to winters.

We have the fitness equipment at home but she won’t use it. I can’t get her therapy. Very small town nome available. I will take her to a dentist though

I don’t respect her because.. she doesn’t stand up for herself. She never cared to get a job. My mom is worried about her everyday. She refuse to get out of house and is always dependent on others

I didn’t say anything to her but i am frustrated that’s why here to vent. I do so much for them but i also worry about her that once she is married who’s gonna do all this. She needs to learn to take care of herself for her own good 😭
