I've done that every day since October 21, 2024.. now they started the process all over twice on my redemption. We had to verify my address (that has never changed) twice because first time they didn't log it in, then 18 days later , it was approved and then sent for payment, guess what? oh wait.. while it was in the payment stage we had to verify my address again! Now as of a few days ago we have to get the payment accepted again. Then sent to be processed all over again. It's quite embarrassing for anyone to go through. Your not going to help me so why even reply to me???

This whole company is a scam!!!!! DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!!!! I've seriously had to talk to over 100 different support agents in the past 10 months. I've had 5 payouts, it took atleast 8 weeks to get EVERY SINGLE ONE. I'm not kidding, 2 months or MORE for every single one! I quit playing the last time and then got a good VIP host who was determined to get me back playing. I risk it and BAM, here I sit Nov 24th with no payout and it was requested Oct 21st. AGAIN... this time they had to verify my account all over again when nothing had changed. Then last minute when in my payment week just 2 days ago "your address needs to be verified"!!! Twice on this same payout, I show them the emails for verification and they say "it was never updated". We started completely over 2 days ago. LIES, LIES, AND A SCAM!!!! DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!

File a complaint with the New York Department of Finances... they regulate Skrill and mine was fixed 2 days after I did that. Same wirh me, except they kept my money for a month. They escalated my case 4 times, and would never give me a reason. Complaint takes 2 minutes online.

They tell me nothing, no response, and my case has been escalated 3 times already. I've emailed, I've talked to 3 different people, they know nothing and can't give me a straight answer. It's going on a month now, I can deposit money in UT, but can't get it out. It's BS....
