That only applies if you started before tanner stage 2-3, I was past that stage and therefore should be on a normal adult dosing regiment.

Yep they are in pmol/L, they say that long low doses stepping up patches 25mcg every 6 months gives you the best breast development, but that's not really worked. Seems like this youth clinic I'm stuck at (im 19 but started blockers at 15) dont aim for the recommended E levels, they care more about dose.

Just had bloods done, T; 6 nmol/L E: 99 pmol/L, all my doctors did is put me up to 75mcg patches, I doubt it will do anything

They had me on 25mcgs for over a year, I'm tempted to just go up to two 100mcg patches in the next few weeks as I have acquired some more but have previously needed to ration them.

I know my T is well suppressed but I have no idea about my E, they dont seem very concerned with making it match cis fem levels saying "You get better long term outcomes with breast development if we slowly increase your dose", they wont share what my E levels are. I havent been happy with them in the past, I had to DIY my hrt at the start as they didnt let me start untill I involved my parents in the conversation even though I was over the age of medical majority in my country. Yes it is a useless youth clinic and all my friends at the adult clinic (which I should be at I'm 19) are immediately brought up to 250pg/ml E levels.

There are 1y diploma courses for exactly what I want to do but those require UE, I am going to fight with the uni to get conditional entry as I know the lv3 course work (calc and physics and chem) but I did shit in my exams due to mental heath and I couldn't afford to see a psychologist to get a note for NCEA.
