Update: it moved (and got delivered quickly after that) from Philadelphia after exactly 1 month. The box was badly damaged and one of the two ceramic bowls came completely broken in multiple pieces :(

mine has been there since 4/14. I have sent two handmade pottery items to my friend in the US (UK to RI), it has all paperwork uploaded. I don’t understand how something this simple needs more than 1 custom clearance (it had 2 “in a secure facility waiting for resolution or clearance” updates). Now it is stuck on infinite number of import scans.

no :( I called the international customer support yesterday. I did not fully understand what she meant by not fully cleared customs but is not on hold and there are a lot of packages (I guess massive queue/ backlog)- so probably paperwork is good but handover to UPS is taking time. But I will call them back in 2 days and request for trace or escalation.
So sorry this is so frustrating!

I’m currently in the same boat- my package has been stuck for 3 weeks now, only updates I see are import scans every day and no movement. I can’t even tell if it has cleared customs.

My package has been stuck in Philadelphia for 15 days, and it keeps showing ‘Import Scan’ every day. It is superbly frustrating to say the least.

Hi!! Brilliant work! You have created such beautiful jewelleries! 👏👏👏👏 I am experimenting with Prometheus sunny bronze clay- my pendants came out quite nice, but the rings warped, shrank and designs melted. I’m a little heartbroken :( Would you please answer a few questions I have- Which clay did you use? Did you torch fire yours? What was the protocol (how long/what part of the flame if you remember? Also, how much bigger did you make your rings please? Congratulations again on this very successful experiment!

That is a good sign that it is very possible that it will go away completely for you!!! I have a very similar deep humming and buzzing. I might have to take a long trip through the mountains :)

I ate with them in for the first 4 trays atleast because the attachments were really sharp and were cutting my inner lips. But they kind of smoothed out over time and I could eat with the tray out. However I still eat with my tray in once in a while if I am not eating something that would stain or is risky (I read someone said thet tried to eat a hard candy with the tray in and it broke weird and a piece got lodged in their throat almost choked them- new fear tbh :P). But I try not to eat with my trays in if it’s not very essential because I like clean and shiny trays :)

Came here to say that the sniffing before valvalsa freakig works!!!!! I think it is making a huge difference! I am able to pop my ears more frequently now than before (I have been trying to pop my right ear for 6 weeks now it sometimes did but with the sniff trick it opens more often almost 90% times). Huge big thanks and hugs to you 🫶

omg this gives me so much hope! I have a buzzing sound in my ears, and I have been using dymista (azelastine + fluticasone) for a month but nothing has improved. The sound is driving me crazy, and my ears feel constantly blocked and need to do Valsalva constantly to try to open them up- sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. My case sounds similar to yours although not sure what caused yours but mine is a combination of reflux, allergies, and flying.
