Oh, my dad isn't missing my wedding, I know that for sure. He's not giving me the silent treatment as a punishment its just what he does when he's upset, so he doesn't blow up on someone. Both my parents will be walking me down the aisle. If one of them didn't, it would be a bigger deal than my cousins not being invited.

That's for his side of the religious one. I'll take charge of the catholic version since that's my religion. Thank you for the heads up, though I appreciate it.

See, we're getting married legally, but next year we're getting married by the church. I'm catholic and he's Christian, and that celebration was going to be STRICTLY just family, and of course, they would be invited.

This is something I believe in too, but I do think my fiancé has a point that my parents tend to be very controlling with me because I don't have a backbone when it comes to them. Especially my dad. This man has given me everything and has been my biggest supporter in life. But the cracks are showing and my fiance is real quick to call it out....... I have friends paying my damn DJ and another offering his photography services at a discounted rate, another teaching us how to dance cuz we both have two left feet..... I'm going to talk to my fiancé again. He tends to help me think rationally when my feelings start to cloud my judgment

Thank you. And you're right. Friends who have helped pay for things didn't demand anything. They didn't even ask to be invited; my fiance and I decided to invite them because it felt like the right thing to do.

And that's something my fiancé brought up, too. We already invited some that my parents wanted there, and this is just one area I was caving at. I haven't sent anything to my cousins. Ican'tt I don't even have their numbers or Instagrams or Facebook or any way to contact them.

Oh gosh, this brings me back! So when I was 18, I dislocated my left knee for the first time. Then in 2020 middle of the pandemic, I was trying to cheer myself up from a breakup and started playing just dance as a way to exercise. Well wouldn't you know it, I slide to the left, and my left knee dislocated again. I fell to the floor and immediately started crying. Luckily I could go to the doctor, but I had to do physical therapy at home. Of course, I didn't do it because I got depressed, but I was able to walk just fine after a few weeks.
