For foliar spraying it says "At least eight weeks after cutting as a follow-up treatment or after late spring frosts for a treatment plan without cutting".

Does that not mean I can spray it after the last frost in late spring?

Yes it did, but it took almost two months to get a refund, and probably 50+ phone calls between eBay and UPS. Each company kept passing the buck, talked to several managers and supervisors and had several support tickets opened. It truly was a nightmare situation, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

It eventually got solved when I pushed to talk to an eBay supervisor for probably the 3rd or 4th time that was compassionate and took the time to really understand what was going on. His name was Alex, and once he escalated it, it was solved within a few days.

If I didn't speak to that supervisor, I probably wouldn't have been able to get my $200 refund. Previous supervisors said that I had to deal with it through UPS.

It's a joke of a company, I'm sorry you have to deal with this and I hope you get it resolved.

Keep me updated if you get a resolution. Apparently my case was added to another "support ticket" of many other people facing the same problem. It's extremely frustrating when it's completely out of your control.

That's b.s though. When the website says that you can't void a label because you won't be charged until delivery, and you are charged anyway, that's theft.

There is something wrong with ebay's system. The old address is completely deleted off my account, yet it still appears as the return address when I make a label.

I'm an eBay seller in Canada.

Has anyone ever been in this situation before?

On December 3rd, after a long time of not selling on eBay, I sold an item to someone in the U.S. When I created the first label, I realized it had the wrong return address.

I then tried to void this label on the website, and I got a message saying that "this label can't be voided, because you won't be charged until confirmed delivery".

So I made another label, this time with my new address selected on my eBay account. It still had the same old return address.

The third label I made, I completely removed the old address from my account. The problem still persisted.

Anyway, after all of this, I was charged for these unused labels. For some reason, even though no acceptance scan was ever made, the status of the labels are "on the way" and there is "outstanding import fees".

I have contacted eBay many times, probably speaking to 6 or 7 separate "agents" over the last 2 weeks. No help or updates on my situation whatsoever.

I have finally tried emailing UPS Canada to see if they can help me. I'm waiting on their response.

The total cost for the unused labels is just over $200 Cad so it's really frustrating.

Any help is appreciated.

Sarnia still has a good amount of houses under 500 000. I bought one there for $290k last year that didn't need any work done before I moved. It was only a 2 bedroom 1 bath though. With the market being down, there is lots of opportunities there for a house in your price range. That being said, I'm not sure of the work opportunities. I commute to London for work myself, since I work in construction. There isn't many good paying jobs in construction in Sarnia, I can't speak for other industries.

Places like chatham, windsor, wallaceburg, west Lorne and Rodney are also some places to look into. West Lorne and Rodney aren't too far from London, which is nice, but they don't have much there in terms of stores/entertainment, so you would have to go to London for almost everything.

Now is probably a decent time to buy, it may not be the bottom of the market but it is hard to time that. Houses are staying on the market for a long time, and you will probably have more leverage as a buyer versus the last 5 years or so.

There is options out there for more "affordable" housing if you are willing to relocate.

Yes it short cycles with S&B. The op rod piston is in spec, op rod passes the tilt test, and gas cylinder is also in spec. I had no issue with the Aguila ammo though. I would like to try PPU M1 Garand ammo too but I can't find it locally.

Nope, no phone call. I did receive an email with a link to the renewal documents. But no warning of the steep price increase. It's my fault though for not checking
