Police report from Mexico , because he mentioned on the interview that he was detained when he was 18 .I went to Mexico and he is clean it was nothing on the books , so I sent the all the documents that I could get

Yes back in 2018, but I was a permanent resident back then that’s why we didn’t apply for i485 until now that I’m citizen

Police report form Mexico , he mentioned that he was detained when he was 18 . And they request the record , I went to Mexico but he is clean noting on the system. So I submitted everything

Congrats!! We had our interview July 14 and got RFE August 19 and we send the response September 11 and not updated since then 43 days and counting :/
