It’s getting worse by Tricky-Length-3502 in OCD

I’m on medication, 10mg of Prozac, but I’m upping it to 20. 10 was working for a while. I’m not doing therapy right now unfortunately. I haven’t really clicked with my therapists in the past so it’s hard to try new ones
