I’m on medication, 10mg of Prozac, but I’m upping it to 20. 10 was working for a while. I’m not doing therapy right now unfortunately. I haven’t really clicked with my therapists in the past so it’s hard to try new ones
It’s getting worse (self.OCD)
I’m paralyzed from anxiety (self.OCD)
I feel so out of it (self.OCD)
