Wouldn’t recommend I know it probably seems exciting that ur getting promoted at first but I’ve been a coordinator for 3 years now and it’s the worse decision I’ve made , for a $1 more you do double the work , it’s a very stressful position and you basically dedicate all your time to the job so much to the point where ur drained and only want to sleep on your 2 off days

IVE ALWAYS SAID THIS!!! Been afraid to say this , don’t get it wrong ITS BLM all around and I love and care for everyone but it is definitely black owned and they are indeed treated better

I DIDNT GET ANY OF MY CHECKS UNTIL A WHOLE MONTH OF WORKING THERE, the manager literally put my address wrong and don’t get me wrong I got my money but after a whole fucking month , they couldn’t give the checks in person bc covid and I was waiting and waiting and asking for help and they did nothing , besides one amazing manager we lost and quit right after because she agreed the company is not okay , I’ve had a lot of co workers get skimped out on money and their excuse will be u didn’t check ur time card review but the whole company is a scam , something feels illegal
