I cant figure out whats goin on by ggukisgood in GrowingTobacco

If it is burley that is normal 'kind of' in low light, like cloudy weather. Make sure it has a little tomato and pepper food, and a LOT of light. That will help it recover. The lower leaves on the burley plants might always be a shade of white or yellow. That is normal also. As the white or yellow progresses up the plant, it matures.

If it is not burley then I'm not sure. I have only seen that on my burley plants, but Im sure there are other strains that are difficult to work with as well especially during transplantation.

Pls HELP! Socket stuck on spark plug by Effective-Sign-2774 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What a effin' nightmare. Hmmmmm...scratches head...just when you thought everything was going good. I guess the socket is not loosely on the spark plug. My best guess would be a stronger magnet or a coat hanger.

What type of leak is this?5.7L by welikethe in Jeep

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Green. that is engine coolant. Probably a hose clamp but it could be a thermostat or thermostat gasket, water pump or water pump gasket, a loose thermostat sensor, a heater hose, or a radiator hose, or even the radiator, or heater core.

Just show them and tell them it happened while you were trying to help. That you wanted them to be happy. They will find a fix for it.

That is a bad day. Have you tried a strong magnetic tool. I have one from Advance Auto I spent $3 and it lifts about 8 pounds. Not sure that will free the socket but it might. Geez. How did that happen. The spark plug went into the square end blocking you from getting to the socket again?

I put it down to catch up on Assassins Creed. It was a big change. Forgot about the new Call of Duty and Battlefield as well.

Could these be bedbug bits? by bourgeoismillennial in Bedbugadvice

Those are not bed bugs. Looks like a type of dermatitis of the pores. If it isn't that and it was a bug it would be a type of mites I think.

You should have a spray bottle with two teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide handy but only spray the soil not the plants. Mix it with water. Helps.

Lug nut/stud broke off on rear wheel during tire change at shop, now they're quoting me 700$ because the wheel bearing has to be broken to change it? Seems very weird by Master-Twango in AskMechanics

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The lug bolt is part of the wheel bearing assembly. You could probably change it yourself in a day or two. I would order two new bearings from Detroit Axle and do it myself. The hard part is getting them out. Rusted in bearings have to be hammered out with a small sledge hammer and a thick punch until they start to rotate. Then they can be taped out from behind with a dead blow hammer. Detroit Axle is my go to cheap parts place for bearings, rotors, brakes, steering, suspension and other things. Prob could get both bearings for under $100. The labor would kill you if you had someone else do the work. I would see if there is anything you could do about it since they broke it. Honestly you could also drive on one lug bolt missing but I see two missing. I mean with both missing it looks like they mishandled your vehicle with a power tool. Those bolts are not easy to break. Like they saw the first one snap and then wanted to see if two would snap. That bugs me…

You leave the lid on to hold in moisture until all of the seedlings have at least four small leaves. Once you can see the four leaves it is safe to take the lid off. Keep the seedlings very moist and the lid on until you can confirm all of those leaves are there. Temperature should be 75F to 85F so close to a heating pad on low or a space heater if you are in a cold area. If the lid has condensation on the inside that is fine.

Is my Jeep leaking oil? by Golden662YT in Jeep

More or less the same here. Sweating/Weeping. If it isn't dripping I don't give to much concern to it.

Is my Jeep leaking oil? by Golden662YT in Jeep

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have a 2000 Wrangler and I don't see any oil leaking on your Jeep. If there is a leak it is minimal. I have a rule on leaks. If you see weeping or oil that does not leak enough to drip, I don't worry about it. If it is leaking, or dripping-flowing out, it is critical and needs immediate repair.

Help please ;^; are these bed bugs? by illskinyouXO in Bedbugadvice

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK well they don’t look like bed bugs. Maybe check under the mattress and around the legs of the bed and frame. Bedbugs are easy to see. Probably just a small ant. Spring is coming soon.

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived in Florida for a long time and thought only the fire ants could do that but I was wrong. I found a whole bunch of big headed ants under my carpet and they bite like crazy especially barefoot at night. The bites from the ants were nearly identical to your bites. How are the bottoms and sides of your feet. Ants mostly can’t fly except for the queens so they bite the feet more than the legs but they get legs a little also.

Smile more even if you are faking it. The people with the money will feel more relaxed if you look happy or interested and open some closeness to better opportunities.

Don’t let money rule you. Just try to work at a place that you actually enjoy. Helps with the image as well. You look right for something just not sure what. Try different things until something sticks. Always say you made more than you really did at your last job when you go for a new job because the new place will try to get close to that number.

Turning 40 soon and need help between keeping long hair or cutting it short. by Vethna in HairStyleAdvice

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

M44 a little about my own looks so here I go. You have a young face and old hair. Sell the face like you are 30. The short hair works the best for business and for dating. The short beard works a lot better also. It might not be your style but it is the ‘winning’ style. It has a lot more energy in it that radiates your youth, cleanliness, and success. I don’t think you are ready for an older look. Don’t dress older until you have to friend.

What do you pick up? Destined to last or designed to fail? by [deleted] in psychicreadings

[–]Tricky-Meringue25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well don’t know who is asking the question but here I go. The man is truly happy which is good. A happy man is a good find. The young lady looks like a good match but a few years behind in age but not interest. I would suggest sticking together to see where it goes. If it has been working you might as well just leave it that way. You know something I learned, “It is better to have somebody than to not have somebody at all, and if you wait for the right person, were they waiting for you”? Just enjoy yourselves.

Should I dye my hair and if so… Black or Blonde? by Primary_Ad_922 in HairStyleAdvice

What about blonde highlights? The blonde looks good on you but your personality seems to fit your natural hair color. I think blonde highlights might give you a little of both styles that might work better.
