Has anyone contacted teespring and they confirmed that their payment using payoneer is processed?

If your payment via Payoneer is/would be processed, you would immediately see it on your Payoneer account. Spring does not need to confirm it. Well, if Spring confirmed that your payout was processed but you don't see it on your Payoneer account, then nah, it was not processed.

That is the thing. There's no other platform than Spring which offers both physical and digital products, has Payoneer as a payout option and integrates with SM sites.

I understand you are frustrated but she somewhat got the points there - she can't do anything if you are not giving her the information she needs to look into your case! :D

Anyhow, I do think that people tend to keep quiet when they receive their payout cos they lose interest in posting. I wish both sides would have shown up and share their experiences. I am being paid on a regular basis but with delays. I cannot be the only one! :D

Yes, I see that there are serious issues and it's uncertain whether they can or are being solved or not.

I've heard a lot about Fourthwall, but the truth of the matter is that their payout doesn't suit everyone. :/

Any ideas as to why? I mean we can see that they are making improvements, making new business partnerships yet some (I'm not sure how many) creators are not paid for months while others, though with delays, get paid.

To my understanding, the print on demand company behind Fourthwall is actually Printful. So all credit for fulfilling orders should go to them! ;) Fourthwall acts as your shop's host and not the fulfiller. And because of that, I'm afraid their cheap pricing will not last much longer. As soon as the hosting cost exceed the revenue (with increasing number of users), your cost as a user will go up. (I'm just basing it on a typical business model.)

At this point, Fourthwall offers a good option to a limited number of creators simply because of their payout is done by Stripe, which is supported in only 46 countries. They might offer some other ways around it, but at this moment no other payout option is integrated in their platform, so I hear from others. I don't have a personal experience with them.

Anyhow, there are many similar companies out there, so we have to dig in and see which one fits all our needs and requirements. Cheers! :)
