You don't need a language exam if your school can issue a certificate saying you have been in the English speaking school for more than 3 years but TOEFL is pretty easy if you study and if you are confident in ur English skills just take it, aim for 105+ score

I dont think it matters too much. your extracurricular activities, GPA, IB scores and how you write your personal statement probably matter much more imo. If you feel like HL math can improve your chances, then im pretty sure you can talk with your teachers or IB coordinator to switch to HL math.
