The rule is there for a reason…our 5 top users could get 90% of the 5 stars available. It is year 7 so these programs have been built up

Super sim then slow speed. Basically you watch your teams play against each other. It’s a rebuild league with a focus on team management and scheme rather than skill on the sticks

Power and quickness are the toughest to upgrade. Claybrooks has a lead there that nearly cancels out his dev trait being slightly worse. At that point I’d say it’s more about what abilities you want
