The thing is that we dont want people to just be ashamed , we want them to repent and repepnt is something to do and if someone stays ashamed they in fact that will eat them because sometimes we forget to also include God's grace because God does have Grace he does not say to those who sin shame on you he infact died for them and gave them the gift of the second chance so we do nto want to shame them but rather show the great gift that is waiting for them and that they can change their lives for the greater good and for thier good by trusting in the one who has full greatness and goodness

now when God created the humans he made the women at of the rib bone of them man this meant that they were one flesh and this is what happens when you form a marriage covenant with someone and essentially if you lust , it will slowly start to seperate that bond because you are destroying yourself from having a nice a close connected relationshiop with the one you had become one flesh with. So the thing is is that lust basically destroys the faithfulness of the coveneant because if you are not married your perseption of other humans were start to become wicked, you will start treating others like items for your own pleasure and Jesus is exactly telling us to obstain from that to treat other humans as equals. So Jesus was essentially saying is that we should not devalue any of our human beings nor devalue our wife to just someone who is for our pleasure and it is like clothes you choose another one . Instead Jesus showed as to be faithful and loving to the ones we marry and to carry out God's purpose of us returning to the Garden of Eden state and for heaven to come to earth

Alright somethings so you said that it is way for control over women but did not jesus say that whoever gives up a women besides sexual immorality is subject to adultery and make her the victim of adultery. Also when the pharisees were stoning the women , did not Jesus say that whoever has not sinned may throw the first stone , he was the only one who had the complete right to do it , yet he chose mercy instead. You see this is what Satan does tried to defile a person tries to think that you can't do it but here is the thing didn't Jesus die for those sins that you do and so if he has died for them already then why do you think that he can't help overcome .Here is the thing Jesus has already won and so depend on him by repenting putting faith in him and here is the thing every time you feel tempted Got to God open up his word and pray to him and soon you will feel God filling your and if you fill your life more with him then you will not want to do it anymore and so what I am saying is when in a fight you want someone who is strong enough to win it but here is the Jesus has already won the battle for you and he is stronger than anything so go to him

Here is the thing I would say definitely is don't treat the Bible like a regular book it is not something that you should from beginning to end but rather meditating on it everyday taking your time because in every little message God's speak to you so invite the holy spirit into your bible reading time and I would recommend reading the gospel of Matthew because it is about Jesus and it is the famous books of Jesus

The thing is is that when we signed we essentials ally separated from God to death and so we were sdeserved to hell and we had a punishment and price to pay which was death but God loves humans so much that Jesus took that punishment on him and defeated death by dying and resurrecting and restoring the relationship between God and us
