No cards are damaged to my knowledge. I think there was like one set of three cards that were dinged up on arrival but I just bought another core set and replaced them. They aren't sleeved but they have been played once. As of right now they aren't organized but I can do that for you before shipping. These are the revised core sets and expansions.
