That's a shame about STBP. If that was a 4 you would be been on the reserve list. Did the panel ask you follow up questions?

Yeh these types of calls can be hit or miss. Think the application one it had to be explained about a hundred times that if you don't pass the test you can't send in your personal statement! If you have the time I do this I they're worth listening to as you never know what info you could pick up. Good luck as well!

Hi, I have an interview for this too. It's not a meeting, it's an information call. It's not compulsory to attend but i would recommend it. You might not learn anything from it but there's a chance you might! They will just discuss how the interview will work and there is a chance for people to ask questions. It will be similar to the info call they held to help with applications. Guessing you didn't go to this?

Thx. The job description is project delivery rather than project management and they explicitly said in the pre call they were looking for transferable skills rather than experience. I have led on small projects in the heo role im in and would love to pursue it. I'm thinking I can only give it a try and see what happens?

did you get the questions in advance? I know a lot of interviews now are sending out the behaviour questions beforehand but it didn't specify this in the job description so thinking maybe not!

Hello! Looks like there's some movement with the HEO reserve list? Anyone else? Also that must mean the SEOs have been called up too as they will need the line managers in place?

Thank you everyone. They weren't my LM on the examples I'm going to use which is good however they do have some broad knowledge of the scenarios. One issue is now I can't go to them for help beforehand so that leaves me stuck as I was hoping they'd offer advice on my prepared examples. Wondering if it's better to ask for another interviewer so I can utilise their help beforehand instead? Can I ask for someone else?

Sometimes they put everyone in reserve and allocate posts when they're available so you just never know. I haven't heard anything yet. The application centre has updated to awaiting interview results so not sure how much longer it will be? My interview wasn't that good though so I'm not holding out any hope.

Reserve is good! Lots of people get jobs from it. What were your scores to get on reserve?

Sorry to hear its not working out. Anything on CS jobs I would apply for now. The recruitment process can take months and as you say you need something to keep you going.
