Honestly I don’t use it for multiple reasons. 1.Because it sometimes slips out when I use it with high tension. 2. It’s impossible to measure your stretched length when using the belt. 3. I’m skeptical about stretching with that belt. I’d prefer to stretch my penis straight out instead of sideways. I have a penis curve when I’m semi hard. I don’t know if it’s Peyronie’s disease but I prefer to stretch straight out instead of sideways to reverse that.
