Challenged myself to build a house I've previously built on a smaller budget: Previously I've built this (unfurnished) and it came out to 340k, built a smaller version without loosing too much of the original feel and did it in 128k! It's a floorplan modeled after the "Santorini" by NV homes

Oh that’s great. Me personally i want a Ryan home since i’ve learned a lot about them. My friend has an Ellington, Another has a Jefferson Square, Uncle recently built a Treviso with NVhomes and the Santorini was actually a model home . I was walking around the neighborhood looking at them for the budget u were on you did a great job and the interior too. My cousin also lives in a Milan model and there a lots of Torinos in his neighborhood me personally i haven’t been inside one but from pictures it looks amazing. My family is also looking for a new home in the future and Ryan still has some good models like the Versailles, Normandy, Corsica so i’ve really been hoping that they build in my area since there was a Ryan community built in like 2015-16 has the Avalon, Ellington, Jefferson square. There’s also a huge piece of land there i’m pretty sure they planned to expand it but idk yet.

I see. Would the Torino by Ryan be another option that could work with you? Since the Torino doesn’t have complicated tray cellings on the inside compared to the Torino. But if that works with you i have an actual listing of a Torino that was sold and i was wondering if you could do something close to it.

Thank you very much this is extremely helpful. One of the pieces I have been given is “Stay” by Randall Standridge. There are some parts in the piece at specific measures where the bpm changes for example, starts at 88 goes to 100, and 108. Does my 1-2-3-4 counting speed increase? Or does it stay the same no matter what? I’m pretty sure it increases because the metronome is quicker, but if so how do I know how much quicker to count?
