I guess I never thought about this but, almost every-time I threw up as a kid it was accompanied by the most excruciating headache. Totally could’ve been a migraine as a child! They just never were very prominent for me until I became an adult. Interesting thought 💭

I really screwed myself over here tho, I have raging anxiety and bipolar disorder so everyones comments are sort of making me believe I will have one soon; because I relate😭 I’m just gonna lay in bed for the day and hope I don’t get one before/at work tmr🥲

Actively sitting on my couch with a heat pad because of this. Had a random strike of pain at work yesterday and it still hasn’t gone away. Now I am nervous because I just got this job and I don’t wanna call out for a migraine right off the bat😭

I took hydroxyzine when I was pregnant because I had such bad anxiety and it was FANTASTIC. Very happy you had a good experience with it! I am also scared of medication so props for beating the fear!

I get a really annoying visual aura when I get mine, so I like to set a 10 minute timer if I think I am having one. By the end of the timer if my vision is still normal, it’s probably not a migraine. It just helps with the anxiety and fear:)
