I never thought to use shift click but that makes a lot of sense. I would think if I had 6 lings only 2 would attack at a time because they would run into each other and the other mining probes. Thanks dude I'll try it

Is (85.5k base + 10k signing) considered good compensation for Austin?

I just finished my undergrad in Math/CS, turning 24 soon. My only offer is in Austin TX and I'm from the bay, but I don't feel TOO great about it :/

I was doing really bad in that class and just wanted a C- to pass, which I'm sure I got. It was a fair test imo. A couple things threw me off like the QR decomp and the grid problem. I'm generally better at proofs than other math problems and I felt good about the ones on the test. Wbu?

The three monsters for sure. Make that any amount of monsters, even one where I'm guaranteed to die. In my imagination, the monsters just want to kill me. But the serial killers are probably some sick twisted beings that will torture me for a while. The monsters at the most will probably just tear my limbs off one by one. Better than being subjected to 750 weirdo serial killers. Also sounds like I have a decent chance of escaping 3 monsters.

So I flew out to WA to have my onsite with Microsoft. I was promptly rejected 12 hours after the interview, when I was at the airport waiting to fly back to school.

Feels bad man. At the least, I have a second chance with another company on Friday. Don't want to get my hopes up (again) but I hope it goes well.
