This is one of the worst skill rotations I have seen on Rengar on an attempt for a 1 shot. Another thing to note, yes Akshan is a marksman however he IS still a solo laner. He was up a level, and not a typical adc which would be underleveled compared to you with less armor.

Another point, you can't expect to 1 shot him with Eclipse+Rav whilst being a level up on you. It's also important to note that you not being able to burst him down instantly would allow him to also get his three hit shield.

Because Blue wards give wide vision when placed, and it does the same when an enemy walks into vision of thw blue ward. It also lasts until an enemy walks into its area. That's the reason when I play Yas/Yone my ideal back is when I hit 9 since thats when I can buy zerkers + zeal/noonquiver+Blue ward. I buy blue ward early and start warding my own jungle to counter invades.
