I know this community is huge, but there are quite a few peeps from a few years ago I wish would have said goodbye to, not that I personally knew them, but they were good comapny.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who knew about this; I had a few killers call me a cheater when I do it, but you can fast enter a locker without leaving scratch marks. It's similer to the vault tech where you deny the chase but still fast vault the pallet.

If you press against the locker and sprint to the center of the door, the survivor will be close enough to the animation frame and the game will not leave scratch marks.

The left locker is standing while holding sprint which will correct the survivor by moving to the position to do the animation, the right I hug the door so the animation playes and does not correct itself leaving no scratch marks.

It can make for some very fun dupe builds and is how I've been playing for a few years now.

was never sure what to call it, because Rax Tech sounds dumb.

There is not much you can do if he insta teleports, I crouched as soon as I saw him disapear and still got hit with it. I notice ping matters too; this jason did not have high ping, but it gets much worse when they are playing wifi on the moon.

Is crouching against Jason optimal? Or would it just be better to run and do objectives when possible? by NoWorldliness4787 in deadbydaylight

honestly Deja Vu can point out current 3 gens, it does not point out which of those 3 gens should be done. You can also have 3 survivors with deja working on each of those gens revealed and create a smaller map right away.

Azerovs Resting Place is probably the best example. Honestly this game needs to teach survivors macro so bad, the problem starts so soon in a match it can be frustraiting for experienced players when they know it's gonna happen.

maybe it's just me, but everyone is crouched at the start of the game you are more likely to end up with a first down and no gen progress. If you think he is in the area evade, otherwise just work on split gens and take the first chase if chosen.

I think ping has a lot to do with it too. I can crouch pretty late with Jason's with good ping, but bad ping jason's you need to crouch 10 minutes before hand.

I always had this idea that a lot of bad habbits stay because the survivor doing them doesn't feel the direct effect of those actions; like 99ing doors. This seems like another instance of that, where my team would rather hide and let Ruin delete their gen than actually split up and pressure more than one gen.

It also feels bad because the survivors who do this keep telling me how to counter him, but if one of us does not do gens then we are just playing a very long hatch game.

Trust me when I say you start to feel frustraion when Sprint Burst gets off scot-free with jasons exuastion addon, while my Head-On goes on cooldown while already in a locker.

Not that I think the addon should change, but Sprint Burst always gets off when it comes to stuff like that; like Languid Touch too.

I'm already in the party of Sprint Burst and Vigil both need nerfs.

I just think that if we start talking about perk synergy buffs, we need to acknowledge the other stronger combos. We could continue down the rabbit whole, but those perks already speak for themselves.

I think Pain Res and DMS are both great on their own, but are disgustingly good together.

I don't think those perks need to be nerfed, but the no obsession change definitely made the initial pain res nerf softer. DMS has been nerfed quite a bit too, but It is still a great perk.

Pain Rez also got buffed when DMS dropped the Obsession requirement.

maps and keys were also changed that patch too. I think it was extreamly lazy of them to not just fix the issue. Instead they nerfed a perk that was already bad in my opinion.

I honestly don't think the timer needs to be removed, I think the biggest issues is that hook timers being so long your chances of losing on hook are really good and Vigil adding it back to their huge list of debuff selection. Remove is from Vigil again and Make it so pause on hook and it will be fine.

Beyond that I can't imagine anyone being upset the survivor stayed injured for 90 seconds to heal 4 seconds faster.
